FACE MASK

This face mask is a decorative accessory, not a personal protective equipment as defined by the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/425 about personal protective equipment, nor is it a medical protective mask (i.e. a surgical mask). Its primary purpose is to protect your surrounding from possible pathogens that you may exhale.

CARE FOR THE MASK

For repeated wearing, we recommend keeping the face mask hygienically pristine condition, either by laundering it in a washing machine, or by boiling it.

Washing

The mask can be laundered in a washing machine. Use programs with max. temp. of 60 degrees Celsius.

Boiling

How to:

• Bring water to boil in an open pot with an appropriate amount of washing powder (based on the number of masks)
• Once boiling, place the pot away from heat
• Wait 5 minutes
• Place the mask (including the rubber bands) into the water and let it cool down

Ironing

The face mask can be ironed, but only on the inner side (the one with no print on it)
